Our food
Our kitchen only uses the fresh products of the region. The „chef de cuisine“ and his team will guide you to a culinary journey. The friendly „trouts“ will take care of you, according to our motto: „Just feel good.“
All our food is fresh. Fish we get from the adjointed fish farm Schneider. Many of the products are from bioecological producers of the region, to avoid long transportation ways. They summon up the variety of the Palatinate region.
We are only satisfied, when you are satisfied.
