Close to the „Seehaus forelle“ Schneider fish farm produces trouts under ecological conditions. No chemical food and no antibiotic additions. The ponds are large enough and are fed with the natural waters of „Eiswoog“ lake. These conditions create the delicious taste of the trouts.
